We are proud to collaborate with I am Kombo, who provide exceptional catering for our exclusive evening events and dinners. Their menus are crafted with the best seasonal organic ingredients, perfectly paired with beer.
Behind I am Kombo is the renowned top chef Lasse Askov, who has over 15 years of experience in providing guests with unforgettable experiences. Lasse has made a significant impact on Copenhagen’s restaurant scene and was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 at the restaurant ‘Kokkeriet’.
