When it comes to Danish culture, few things are more iconic than smørrebrød and beer. At Carlsberg Venues, we take the best of both worlds and elevate the lunch experience to new heights. That’s why we partner with Aamanns – an institution in the Danish food scene, just as Carlsberg is in the world of beer. 


Aamanns delivers smørrebrød of the highest quality, made with the finest organic ingredients. Their focus on animal welfare, flavor, and craftsmanship ensures that every bite is a tribute to Danish gastronomy. Combined with a cold Carlsberg beer, it doesn’t get more Danish.  


Minimum 40 covers for day events.

I AM KOMBO


We are proud to collaborate with I am Kombo, who provide exceptional catering for our exclusive evening events and dinners. Their menus are crafted with the best seasonal organic ingredients, perfectly paired with beer.   


Behind I am Kombo is the renowned top chef Lasse Askov, who has over 15 years of experience in providing guests with unforgettable experiences. Lasse has made a significant impact on Copenhagen’s restaurant scene and was awarded a Michelin star in 2009 at the restaurant ‘Kokkeriet’. 


Minimum 50 covers for day/evening events.   

Home of Carlsberg is Green Key certified.

This certification is awarded to attractions that make a special effort to be sustainable and environmentally friendly. It means that we meet a number of strict criteria for environmentally responsible operations.

To achieve this certification, we have documented our efforts and undergone a thorough inspection process with Horesta. In addition, we will be continuously evaluated and encouraged to do even more for the environment.
