The reception is hosted as a standing event format, making it easy for guests to move around, connect across groups and build new relationships. The historic surroundings create a professional yet relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of opportunities to explore Carl Jacobsen’s first glyptotek.

We handle everything from planning to execution, so you can focus on your guests and the purpose of your event. Hosting your reception with us is an ideal choice for companies seeking a seamless corporate experience where content and atmosphere come together effortlessly.

Our capacity ranges from 40 to 200 guests depending on the event format.

Day Programme

  • Freshly baked pastries

  • Lunch incl. alcohol‑free beer/water

  • Afternoon sweets

  • Refreshments throughout the day: coffee/tea, water/soft drinks and fruit

  • From 1,150 DKK per person incl. VAT, minimum 40 guests, 08:00–17:00

Evening Programme

  • Pre‑dinner beer and snacks from the kitchen

  • 3‑course dinner with seasonal ingredients incl. curated beer pairing

  • From 1,295 DKK per person incl. VAT, minimum 50 guests, 18:00–22:00

Full-day Programme

  • Freshly baked pastries

  • Lunch incl. alcohol‑free beer/water

  • Afternoon sweets

  • Refreshments throughout the day: coffee/tea, water/soft drinks and fruit

  • Pre‑dinner beer and snacks
