At Carlsberg Venues, we offer flexible event spaces that can be tailored to your brand, message and format — whether you’re hosting an internal kickoff, a client‑facing reveal or a large‑scale company announcement.

Our team ensures professional planning and execution, so your content, staging and guest experience come together seamlessly.

All our halls are suited for launches and kickoffs, with capacity for 40–200 guests depending on the setup.

Day Programme

  • Freshly baked pastries

  • Lunch incl. alcohol‑free beer/water

  • Afternoon sweets

  • Refreshments throughout the day: coffee/tea, water/soft drinks and fruit

  • From 1,150 DKK per person incl. VAT, minimum 40 guests, 08:00–17:00

Evening Programme

  • Pre‑dinner beer and snacks from the kitchen

  • 3‑course dinner incl. curated beer pairing

  • From 1,295 DKK per person incl. VAT, minimum 50 guests, 18:00–22:00

Full-day Programme

  • Freshly baked pastries

  • Lunch incl. alcohol‑free beer/water

  • Afternoon sweets

  • Refreshments throughout the day: coffee/tea, water/soft drinks and fruit

  • Pre‑dinner beer and snacks

  • 3‑course dinner incl. curated beer pairing
