Who can make a booking
Carlsberg Venues are exclusively available for corporate events. The minimum number of attendees is 40 for daytime events and 50 for evening events.

Public transport
Both venues are within walking distance of Enghave Plads metro station, Carlsberg Station, and several nearby bus stops. You can purchase tickets for public transport here DSB.
Parking

Payment terms and conditions

The signed contract must be returned within 7 days of receipt. The number of participants can be adjusted by up to 20% until 7 days before the event date. After this, the number of participants becomes binding. In the case of a significant increase in guest numbers, we cannot guarantee that the same menu will be available.

If the event is cancelled in writing later than 60 days but within 30 days before the event date, 50% of the originally agreed event price will be charged.

For cancellations made later than 30 days before the event date or no-shows on the day, 100% of the agreed event price will be charged. Any deposit paid is non-refundable.

Events under DKK 100,000 excluding VAT can be cancelled at no charge up to 45 days before the event date with written notice.

In case of written cancellation of the event later than 45 days but within 21 days before the event date, 50% of the originally agreed event price will be charged.

For cancellations made later than 21 days before the event date or no-shows on the day, 100% of the agreed event price will be charged.

After the event, an invoice will be issued, which is due for payment 14 days from the invoice date. When confirming the reservation, please provide billing information, company name, address, CVR number, and contact person.
