The day begins at 8:30, when guests arrive at Carlsberg Museum and are welcomed with breakfast. At 9:00, the programme kicks off with strategy-focused seminars and targeted workshops.
At 12:00, a standing lunch is served – a great opportunity to stretch your legs and network informally. The professional programme resumes at 13:00 with additional presentations and sessions.
At 15:00, it’s time for an activity to help participants recharge and unwind (see suggestions on the activity page).
The day concludes at 17:00 with a relaxed social gathering.

AN EXCLUSIVE EVENING EXPERIENCE AT CARLSBERG MUSEUM
Spend a pleasant evening with tasteful experiences in the charming surroundings of Carlsberg Museum.
The evening starts at 16:00 with a guided tour of the Home of Carlsberg, where you’ll learn about Carlsberg’s history and heritage while walking through the exhibition at the original brewery.
At 18:00, pre-dinner drinks and snacks are served at Carlsberg Museum. Then at 19:00, a culinary experience awaits – a 3- to 5-course dinner crafted from seasonal menus, paired with the finest Carlsberg beers.
At 22:00, the lounge opens for a relaxed conclusion to the evening. Enjoy the tunes and signature cocktails from Bluetail.
